Hi,
Has anyone ever had a look or stayed at d%26#39;Omah hotel?
It looks really nice on their website (but these cannot always be trusted...), close enough to Ubud center and quite cheap for what it seems to be.
Thanks in advance for your input.
D'Omah hotel
Hi, we are booked to stay there for 2 nights in early March. I booked it via email and no deposit or creditcard details were required so can%26#39;t imagine that you could be ripped off. There is also a hotel run by the same people in Java, and the person referred to in their spiel is a real person. I will post a review once I am back on the 8th March if you like : )
D'Omah hotel
we happened to check it out during one of our morning excursions in Penestanan and it looked like a nice place. Unfortunately, I can%26#39;t comment on the service as we didn%26#39;t stay there. The large swimming pool looked lovely and the location is quite close to Ubud (depends on your definition of close) - it would probably take us 20-30 min to walk back to Ubud - mind you there is an uphill part and we were often distracted by the roadside shops...walking through Penestanan is very nice though
Have now returned from Bali and stayed 2 nights at d%26#39;Omah Hotel. It is gorgeous and very laid back so don%26#39;t be afraid. Completely above board! It is about a 15 min walk from Ubud to the hotel, all downhill. Was too hot to attempt to walk there but the hotel staff are always hapy to drive you there. Will post a review later with pics. Happy holiday!
