Will stay in Mutiara Hotel, need some advice pls.

I will visit Bandung next month, and will be staying at Mutiara Hotel. My quests :-

1. Which FO should i go for shopping, am looking for shoes, handbag, jeans - especially Guess, levis, LV and otr brands.

2. Place for a good and yummy food ( halal ) nearby.

4. Souvenirs - brownies etc etc

3. The weather, day and nite .

This is my first trip to bandung, and hope to get some advice from u guys here.

for shoes n bags try Diaz at Jl Sederhana or Gazeebo at Setiabudi... not far from Rumah Mode. Brand wise it depends on your luck and timing so there is no way to confirm the brand you want will always be there. Thats only for real boutique outlet.

For jeans look out for Toko Tiga, ori Levis but cheaper than KL prices. For other designer brands try your luck at the FO%26#39;s

Mutiara is not near happening places so u need to take cab or angkot. Dont worry too much on HALAL stuff, BAndung is home to SUnda people and they are mainly Moslem so food is easy to get.Budget food try AMPERA, local fast food chain, more upmarket try Nyonya Rumah, Sajian Sambara at Trunojoyo, for nice view try The Valley, Sapu Lidi, Kg Daun.. all out of town a bit. If u like cultural show try Dago Tea House, have dinner there n watch cultural show especially weekend

Brownies at Kartika Sari and Amanda Browfee cafe at Dago (or you can find them at roadside stall)

Jusr to add, the standard rooms do not have fridge nor electric kettle. Three star hotel but at the lowest range I guess. After all its quite cheap.
