Family Holiday

We are going to Bali in September just confused as where to stay. Any recommendations for a family holiday with 3 children aged 4, 8 and 11.

Having trouble finding accomadation to suit since there is 5 of us !

Want a great pool for the kids but budget is $200 - $250 per night.

What is the bestarea of Bali for families.

I would suggest either Legian/Seminyak or Sanur. Start your searches there and I think you will find what you are after.

Some suggestions for Sanur:

villa Puri Ayu, Sanur Beach Villas, Mercure Resort Sanur but there are heaps of others in your price range.

The Bali garden is nice with beach access, close to everything, safe, and across the road from waterbom park you could get a family room that sleeps 5, everything else is easy once you are there and its nice to be able to go back to a nice hotel after a day out or even just to relax by the pool

Have a look at Breezes Resort in Seminyak - use to be contiki but have now changed name and focusing more on families and couple%26#39;s.

They have a family room - which consists of 2 standard rooms interconnecting which sleeps 2ad and 3ch for around $200aud a night. I haven%26#39;t seen it but looks great on the website and nice and new and clean with 2 great pools. Quieter area of Seminyak with only a short stroll to the beach. Good reviews on tripadvisor too.

We like Tuban. A short walk to Kuta to enjoy great eating and shopping, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The Dynasty has a great supervised kids club with a pool just for the kids including a waterslide. The new Holiday Inn also has a kids club, and a superb location spilling out onto the beach. Both have rooms to cater especially for families. Hope this helps.

would have to agree with Wayne and Micha, Tuban is the place to stay with family. We are going in May with our 2- 8yrs and 1yr. Plus other friends and there are kids from 4yr - 17yr. So close to everything. We are staying at Dynasty. But there is new resort Febris across the road, they have some good deals.

the kids will love the kids club and Waterbom across the road.
