diving for the 1st time

hi

wanted to try some of the water sports in Bali.was wondering for the diving(we never try before,n had no experience at all)do they provide coaching for 1st timer?or maybe we just try snorkeling instead.

need some opinion.

You%26#39;ll be able to take a beginners diving course I imagine.

Amed on the east coast is good for diving %26amp; snorkelling. You can snorkle directly off the beach or take a snorkelling course if you prefer.

Jukung Dive has a good reputation. Also Geria Giri Shanti Bungalows have recently opened their own dive shop, the owner is english %26amp; is a master diver. There is also Euro Dive.

You can also dive or snorkle at nearby Tulamben where there is a shipwreck just off the beach.
