Villa Kipas

We are heading off to Bali for a week, staying at a great resort that has been referred to us in Seminyak called Villa Kipas. Just wondering if anybody has been there and if so, what are the main attractions and recommendations.

Villa Kipas is fantastic. You under stand it is a stand alone Villa, not a incorporated resort. The staff are fantastic, the location is right near the beach and fantastic resturants. You will have a fantastic time. Here is the link to the Reviews:

Villa Kipas

I am also a keen Villa Kipas fan. For me, the main attraction of Villa Kipas, apart from the size and luxury feel, is the staff who are just fantastic. The location too is also a plus, as you can easily walk down the lane beside the villa straight onto the beach. Also, being able to close of the living area from the outdoors is a bonus if you have small kids. CLose to lots of great restaurants and if you don%26#39;t feel like going out, recommendation would be to order lunch from Sushi Fresh (great sushi) which they will deliver to the villa, and enjoy with a Bintang by the pool!

Many thanks for responding and the wonderful reports - I see we have chosen well and we LOVE Sushi so will definitely take up that suggestion.
