how far is poppys lane 1 & 2 from jayakarta hotel, legain??

Hi

We are looking into staying at Jayakarta as it would suit our family.

When I was single and child free I satyed in a hotel in Poppy%26#39;s lane 1 and loved the resturants and the shopping near by.

We love the idea of having a one bedroom apartment equiped with lounge, cable tv and everything!! But do not know the Legian area well and what is near the Jayakarta.

Would anyone know the walking distance from poppy%26#39;s lane 1%26amp;2 from Jayakarta hotel??

approx 30 minutes. depends on where in poppies you want to walk to and how fast you walk. a taxi would be very cheap depending on how busy it is you would save yourself a long walk. ask them to go down to JL benesari perhaps and hop out where Jl benesari meets poppies 11 and miss the hectic pace of JL legian where the traffic can be bumper to bumper at certain times of the day..

Jayakarta also have a shuttle bus that takes you into kuta square but I would use a taxi it is realy cheap and you can go and return when you want. If you have young kids it is too far for them to walk. I would think 30 minutes would be a brisk pace along the beach. Longer if going along the steets as the footpaths are narrow and it is slower walking. There are heap of great restaurants within walking distance of the jayakarta both beachfront and in the backstreets.
