Can anyone please advise how to get tickets for the ferry to Bintan. I checked the on-line booking but it is full. Would any local travel agent still have tickets for sale?

If the ferry is full they will often add additional ferries - just send an email to reservations@brf.com.sg

Just contact Bintan Resort Ferry (BRF) and I am sure they are able to find you an available ferry timing for the date you need.
