Legian Restaurants

Greetings All,

Am travelling with family to Bali in early April and staying at Puri Raja. Would greatly appreciate some restaurant recommendations from those recently returned for the immediate vicinity of Puri Raja and perhaps some from further afield.

Many thanks for your info/help

Tony

Legian Restaurants

There are some fantastic restaurants right on the beachfront and just down from Puri Raja. Head out the back of your hotel, turn right on the beachfront road and within a five minute walk you will come to several restaurants - Zanzibar, Lanai, Seaside (I think that%26#39;s the name). All these restaurants are close together and all are great! Also a visit to Warung Asia is a must! Head out the front of Puri Raja, turn left follow the road right down past the Kumala Pantai hotel, keep following the road which does a dog leg, then not too far along you will see a sign for Warung Asia. It%26#39;s down a small alleyway. If you get to Jalan double 6 you have gone too far. Also if you want to get a taxi and spoil yourself, head to Jalan Laksmana where there are heaps of fabulous restaurants. Try Ultimo, Cafe Bali, Rumours and then further along La Lucciola which is right on the beach at Seminyak. Also on that street is Sate Bali - another warung with a great reputation. At Seminyak, Made%26#39;s Warung, Bali Deli and Cafe Mocha are all good. For great Mexican head to TJ%26#39;s in Poppies 1 at Kuta.

Totally agree with that list especially Warung Asia, yummiest spring rolls I have ever had!

If you have children they would enjoy flying piano, they have a band and our kids loved it there! I can%26#39;t remember the street name but is not far from the entrance of Jayakarta on a side street.
