hong kong stopover

Does anyone know of any airline which will do a free stopover in Hong Kong from London, going on to Bali?

Would like a stopover each way, before and after Bali. Also, is Semenyat good for 26 year olds for nightlife?

Cathay Pacific flies from Hong Kong to Bali but don%26#39;t know about stopovers from the UK. We had a Hong Kong Stopover from heathrow when we flew British Airways/Qantas from Australia and back.

Seminyak would be fine for nightlife. Lots of great restaurants and nightspots and only a short taxi ride into Kuta if you want something a bit wilder.

Cathay Pacific will fly you from Heathrow to Hong Kong to Bali, so assume they offer some kind of stopover service.

As mentioned, Cathay is your best option. If the stopover is not available to book on their website, phone them up.

You could also go with Malaysia Air via KL to HKG, then with them to DPS, then back to LHR via KL again.

Cathay have been offering some good fares of late to bali and other asian destinations. They also have at least 4 flights a day to hong kong and onward. I used cathay for a flight to manila in january and a stopover was allowed at no additional charge in both directions. However a direct flight to bali on the outward journey could be worth your while taking a day flight from heathrow arriving HK at 7am to connect into the bali departure at 10am. Hong kong is quite expensive (even some budget accomodations)and the £ and € are both low against the Hong Kong dollar at present. If you could do what you want to do with one stop in HK on the return journey I would suggest this might be a better option. look up the CX site. If you are thinking of going peak season they could be expensive

As for seminyak------its a paradise for a 26 year old right you will have a ball

We used Qantas but remember you only get one free stop over you pay for the second also you loose one day at the beginning and on the last day to and from your hotel

Many thanks for your help. Glad to hear Seminyak is the right destination.
