Can anyone suggest a Bali itinerary?

Hello,

My husband and I are planning a 10-night trip to Bali in September/ October of this year. We would like to certainly stop off in Ubud, and a coastal area with pretty water and stuff to do. Can anyone recommend a couple of good destinations? We are not big partiers, we like to get out and really see the area where we are staying...a day or two of relaxation in a resort would be great, but then we want to get out and about...what are some don%26#39;t-miss areas in Bali? Probably looking to see at least 2, maybe 3 areas.

staying at each place as a base for 2/3 nights, i would suggest:

ubud

padangbai/candidasa

amed

all have good accommodation and food.

We are currently spending 3 weeks in different locations in Bali for our honeymoon... we have already been to Sanur and Candidasa. Sanur is a great introduction to Bali with a nice beach and many restaurants, hotels and some good shopping. We found that Candidasa was a great place to just relax, we stayed at Aquaria which was wonderful and just next to the water with a great sea breeze.

Now we are in Seminyak which is alot busier than either of the others but a nice place to base yourself for some shopping, more great restaurants and close to Kuta. Ubud is our last stop and really looking forward to it, but cant really give any advice as we havent made it there yet.

I agree with rockterrigal but I would swap either Candi Dasa or Amed for Sanur.

go to ubud , kintamani ,and also tanah lot sun set is beautiful.you should also see rooftiles factory in pejaten where you can see original life of local people that you would%26#39;n believed it
